Teny Tips

Welcome to the new Teny!

We’re so excited to have you here with us! Whether this is your first time hearing about Teny or if you’ve been on this journey with us for the better part of the past year, we’d love to walk you through what’s new and exciting and tell you a little bit more about our plans with this new site.

We want to help you find your next workout

Whether you’re looking for a new workout or are curious to see what we think of your favorite class or studio, head to our REVIEWS section where you’ll find reviews on a wide range of workout types from studios you know and love to individual trainers running their own platforms.

Use our search function to sort the reviews by type of workout, price / month, fitness level required and other helpful things like if they offer live classes or a free trial. Within the reviews you’ll find all the info you’ve been looking for like what equipment you’ll need, how good the quality of their videos and instructors are as well as specific classes that we think you should try.

You can read more about how we review and rate studios and instructors here

We want to bring you information you’re already looking for:

Nothing’s better than being in the know, you know? The Block is our space to give you info about things we think you’ll actually want to know about. Here are three things we’re doing on The Block:

  1. Having smart, interesting conversations with smart, interesting people. If you’re like us (and we are betting that you are), you’re both curious about what makes people tick and are always wanting to educate yourself, so we’re committed to bringing you content that does both! We’re pulling back the curtain and having conversations with industry leaders, teachers and just overall cool people with something worth saying.
  2. Bringing you product recommendations for things you’ll actually use, like the best yoga mat for that new restorative practice you picked up during the pandemic or what are the running headphones that won’t fall out of your ears while you train for a virtual marathon.
  3. Highlighting our Teny community so that you can get to know each other through fun content series like Workouts In A Week, a series that takes you through the way someone moves for 7 days. They’re funny! They’re a bit voyeuristic (in the best kind of way)! They’re our community and we’d love for you to get to know each other.

We’re so excited that you’re in this with us. We can’t wait to share everything we’ve been working on with you.

Keep it moving,
