We’re celebrating Latin Heritage Month right now, what makes you proud to be a Latina?

We are a very hard working culture. People give it all to thrive and help other to do so as well. We are also very family oriented. Family means everything to us. We support one another. And don’t even get me started on the food!

What does your morning routine look like?

The first thing I do when I wake up is prepare my coffee. It is essential. While thats brewing,I feed Sansa (my dog) breakfast and turn on the Today Show.

Speaking of coffee, what’s your coffee order?

The Sofia Method

Brew coffee with whole milk or soy, 2 svetias, and honey!

What’s your favorite music to workout to?

I don’t have one particular artist to workout to, I listen to everything because I’m constantly creating new playlists for the new class of the week. But I’m currently obsessed with Rooftop by ELOQ, Cy.

What does your ideal Sunday morning look like?

Sunday mornings are usually the same as my weekday morning – make coffee, feed Sansa and watch the Today Show, but on weekends I don’t run or record any workouts. I’ll go for a one hour walk with Sansa. I’ll try to find a new trail or take her to the park instead of doing our usual route, and after that I’ll go out for breakfast and have a waffle! Its my favorite!

We know that you love to travel, what’s your favorite city in the world?

Dubrovnik! It’s so magical! I love the ocean and the fact it’s on the Adriatic sea coast makes it so magical and to die for.
