STRENGTHEN, LENGTHEN & STRETCH
45 minutes of mindful movements that will help you strengthen, lengthen and tone your muscles while working to achieve a mind and body connection.
This class will be co-hosted by New Balance professional athlete & runner Brenda Martinez, and will have a focus on hip opening movements and other areas of focus that compliment a runner’s workout.
Suitable for all fitness levels.

Sofia was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to California when she was 8 years old, where her love for sports and helping people led her to study Kinesiology, the study of the body’s movement. Sofia’s passion led her to her personal trainer & barre certification. After 10 years of experience and many body transformations later, Sofia brings a combination of mindful movements created to transform + achieve a mind and body connection, giving you the results you have been looking for.
