Whether you are dancing it out or working on fine toning, these cardio party workouts are designed to push you to your physical and mental limit – but while having a ton of fun. Classes are full of high energy dancing, HIIT and toning exercises. All instructors are professional dancers and certified trainers who have all mastered the art of bringing the motivation through the zoom screen and into your home. But that sweat, strength and smile is all you, baby.

Saturday Dance Party$10 per 1 hr class
$10 suggested donation based dance cardio party. You can join for free, or if you are able to donate $10 for a Saturday dance cardio party. If you're lucky, you'll be dancing in your living room with Jennifer Garner.
Cardio Tone$20 per 1 hr class
The perfect class 1 hr class for your entire body. You'll tone your upper and lower body with cardio in-between. Make sure to bring your 3-5 lbs free weights and a mat.
Dance Cardio$20 per 1 hr class
A high energy cardio class that mixes dance and HIIT cardio. It's hard and sometimes difficult to follow if you're a beginner, but it's fun! You'll feel energized and full of endorphins afterwards. If there's a birthday in the class, get ready to do some fast burpees.
THE TENY TIP
Unless you are Superwoman, don't be intimidated if your first class is, well, hard. All exercises can be modified which is great motivation to keep working and see how you improve. The On Demand section has videos that break down the dances, full classes and short videos that let you mix and match classes based on your focus points. A fine toning + cardio training + trampoline toning workout = a results driven, easy to follow program.

Every Saturday the founder Beth Nicely does a donation based Dance Cardio class. It’s a great and fun way to try out the dances and positive energy you see throughout the workouts. You might even see a familiar face in some of those zoom boxes.
