- PRE / POST NATAL WORKOUTS
Megan Roup, founder of The Sculpt Society, created this workout as a way to share her love of movement, dance and expression in a non-intimidating environment. Created intentionally for the non-dancer, TSS workouts are made for anyone, at any level.
The Sculpt Society offers Sculpt classes, Dance Cardio classes and full body classes that are a combination of both, all intended to get your heart rate moving and help you create a strong, lean body. Class times range from 5 - 50 minutes, and even in the longer full body classes you’ll find they go by quickly because you’re having such a great time dancing and moving to pop and hip-hop music. Through repetition and clear instruction, you’ll find yourself getting the hang of Megan’s moves quickly, and before long you’ll find yourself dancing around your house, doing grapevines and around the world moves every chance you get.

6.620 Minute Sculpt Breakdown
20 minute classIf you're new to taking sculpt classes or new to TSS, we really suggest you start here. It isn't as much of a workout as it is a very helpful breakdown to ensure that your form is accurate when taking TSS sculpt classes. You'll be happy you took 20 minutes and watched Megan explain the method!
30 Minute Sculpt
30 minute classLow impact sculpt workout that focuses on your arms, your abs and your butt. Great for anyone who is working with sensitive knees or lower back pain as much of the class is done on the ground. TSS recommends using 2-3 lb weights + ankle weights to maximize your output in this class.
Quickie Dance Cardio
14 minute classIf you're new to dance cardio and looking to learn more about TSS' dance moves then this short quickie style class is a perfect place to start. Or stack this quick cardio burnout with a sculpt class for a well rounded TSS style workout.
25 Minute Quickie + Booty Band
A short quickie style full body burn using a booty band. This is a low impact workout (like many of her sculpt classes are), but that does not mean it's easy! All of your fine toning muscles will be screaming for it to end after 25 minutes.
