It's about time we took a little time! Sarah provides a class that balances informed, functional movement and creative yoga sequencing. Together, you move, breathe and focus our racing minds so that we can pause with some stretches and smiles. Hatha Flow is designed for everyone and is a wonderful compliment to consistent high intensity training because in this class you will also practice resting! You can still attend if you're working with an injury, but please let Sarah know of your concerns so that she can help you adjust your practice specifically to meet your needs. Overall, the class allows you to take time for yourself and take the opportunity to soften and restore. And don't be fooled by the 7's we gave for difficulty, the classes aren't meant to be a 10 in difficulty.

Sarah has dedicated her life to wellness, having been diagnosed with cancer at a young age. She has accrued over 1000+ Yoga Alliance Educational Credits in programs across the country and has lead more than 10,000 hours of public, corporate and one on one sessions over the past fifteen years. She knows that creativity, mindfulness and movement are the keys which unlock our individual and unique pathways to healing.

Hatha Flow$15 per 1 hr class
Not your typical Vinyasa, these classes are influenced by decades of anatomical study, classical asanas and play! Classes range in duration and focus and each are crafted specifically to help you achieve balance and clarity. Explore, move and breathe in classes inspired by traditional sequencing, somatic exploration and philosophical study.
Meditation$10 per 1 hr class
Connect with intention through guided meditations and breathing practices which will regulate your nervous system, upgrade your concentration and restore energy and focus.
THE TENY TIP

WHO IT'S GOOD FOR
The person who is looking for a good stretch and/or peace at the end of the week. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and reenergized.
$40 / month for Hatha Flow. $20 / month for Meditation. $50 / month for All Access (Hatha Flow & Meditation) You can also choose to do single sessions for $10 per Meditation class or $15 per Hatha Flow class.
