The dark, moody room, loud bumping hip-hop music and atmosphere at Rumble is hard to replicate virtually, but the workout has been half replicated for your living room. Rumble first started doing Instagram TV workouts, but have transitioned to what is now called Rumble’s “Virtual TV”, a combination of live classes or on demand videos. The good news is that you don’t need boxing gloves or a boxing bag to do this workout. The at-home version incorporates shadowboxing, bodyweight strength training and some rounds of HIIT. This workout is for the person looking for a cardio burst.

Digital Rating

8/10

There are plenty of videos on demand, ranging from 15 to 60 minutes, boxing to running + strength. The video quality is great, instructors are clear, but the music fades in the background.
