Each class lists the equipment you’ll need for that particular class, but in general having a mat, 3, 5 or 10 lb weights, rebounder, 3lb ankle weight, resistance bands, glider and gloves will have you covered. Modifications and alternatives are provided if you are limited in space or equipment.
