Torch’d was created by celebrity trainer and choreographer Isaac Calpito. Each 35 to 45 minute workout starts with some easy cardio and then jumps right into approximately 20 minutes (honestly what feels like an hour) of fine toning movements for your legs and butt with some planks and obliques in between. Just when you think you're finished, you jump right into a series of abs and by the end you are officially “Torch’d”. Try this workout 3 days in a row and you might not be able to walk. The movements themselves are easy to follow, but the repetition is what burns.

Isaac is engaging and makes hilarious comments throughout class. He makes you feel like you are in a packed studio with friends and strangers, some of whom just so happen to be celebrities.

The music is upbeat, ranging from Britney Spears to Madonna, but since the class is live on Instagram, the sound quality isn’t great and the comments can be really distracting.
