Whether you’re trying Body By Simone for their rebounder (tramp) classes, their dance cardio classes or even just their fine toning classes, you’ll find yourself enjoying every second from start to finish.

The platform is easy to navigate and finding a class to match your interests or available time is incredibly easy to do. They also offer a variety of subject specific videos, including a 7-part prenatal series to help expectant mothers keep moving. The teachers (both Simone herself and the other trainers) make every workout approachable, fun, and challenging, and we cannot recommend BBS more highly.

As is typical in on-demand classes, the music isn’t top 40, but is high intensity and will keep you moving.  Video quality is exceptionally clear and shot in a studio.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

With the exception of the trampoline classes, most classes can be done with body weight alone. Increase the intensity by adding in a pair of light weights or exercise bands, but neither are required for an effective workout.

SOMETHING WORTH KNOWING

Most of their tramp classes can be done on the ground, so if you find yourself without a rebounder but are curious about the workout style, give it a shot. If you do have a rebounder and want to learn best practices of how to use one, start with this intro video.
