If you’re looking to gain muscle and get toned at home, then Bali’s group classes are for you. Each day focuses on a different body part, so you can literally workout with her 6 days a week and never get bored. Her classes are high-energy, high-intensity strength training style cardio classes done from home. You'll be amazed at the type of transformation you'll see in your own strength by doing her workouts for a 6 week period. A huge plus? The music in her live classes is absolutely a vibe.

Her live workouts happen via zoom, which is great because you can get motivated by the other people doing the class at the same time, but expect zoom quality videos that are recorded on Bali’s iphone. Her on-demand library is just recordings of the classes she’s run on zoom.

Light weights, heavy weights and if you don’t have either at home then Bali encourages you use a book bag with books or water bottles, detergent bottles, etc.

Classes are body part specific, so be sure to check her schedule ahead of time if you are looking to work one specific muscle group. Her full body workouts happen each Tuesday.
