Don’t be intimidated by this dance cardio class. The AK! Live Body is a mix of dance and cross training with special attention on form and details. The class is not filled with difficult dance moves, and there is enough repetition that you will get it after two or three rounds. She alternates between dance and toning, rather than focusing a specific amount of time on cardio and then moving onto toning.
